The simple meaning of manifest: Visualize in creativity forms what you have achieved anything in life. Manifestation — or the laws of attraction — may be a concept you’re familiar with. The process was the focus of a 2006 bestselling book, The Secret, which **sold more than 30 million copies.

Keep in mind: It doesn’t happen overnight. Although manifesting is about turning your dreams into reality, it requires you to take proactive steps toward whatever you desire. You shouldn’t expect it to happen instantly — but even though it’s a lengthy process, that time is a small price to pay for a (hopefully) profound impact on your life.

You can apply this to any area of your life, whether it’s your career, family, friendships, relationships, finances, skills, travel, health, or home.

According to the Law of Attraction, if you focus on positive thoughts and emotions, you will attract positive experiences and outcomes. Conversely, if you dwell on negative thoughts and emotions, you will attract negative experiences.

Therefore, your focus and interest in something — whether it is work-related, or simply a hobby — can help you develop expertise, build networks, and in turn, attract opportunities that will help you meet your goals.

How to use manifestation to achieve anything.

Here are some manifestation techniques that can help you achieve what you want in life.

  • Practice Visualization

Research shows us that picturing your goals helps you achieve them. Invest a little time every day to visualizing your goals and how you’re going to achieve them.

You can do this every morning when you wake up — knowing you’re working toward your goals can help motivate you to get through the day. Or, you can do it before you go to bed at night and reflect upon what you did that day to help you get closer to your goals.

Patience and Trust:

  • Trust in the timing and process of manifestation. Practice patience and let go of any doubts or fears that may hinder the manifestation process.

Create a vision board

  • You can create a vision board where you pin up images and notes about your goal. It can be physical or digital. For example, if you’re working toward your dream home, you can start pinning up ideas for the location, rooms, decorating, and landscaping.
  • Pinning things to your vision board can help make the goal feel more tangible. It can be a visual reminder of your goals, which can motivate you.

Maintain a Future Box

Apply the 3–6–9 method

The 3–6–9 method involves repeating or writing down your goals:

  • 3 times in the morning
  • 6 times in the afternoon
